Shipping Information

OhMyQuads sends out most orders on the next day if your order is placed if it is placed by 2:30 pm PST.  We are proud of our company service level on ensuring your order gets out to you fast and accurately.  Some restrictions do apply.  These restrictions are as follows:

1.  Large orders may require some additional processing time (2 days),  but we will still try to get them out on the next business day.

2.   UPS Errors. There are times where  UPS make errors on their part.  In these cases we cannot be responsible for delays caused by their circumstances.  Often times this can be weather related or volume related but in most cases, you will have a tracking number from  either delivery service so that you may track your order.

3.  Techinical Errors or Address Errors:  OhMyQuads cannot perform same day shipping if there is a technical error in your order due to software or network issues or if an address has been entered incorrectly.  In these cases OhMyQuads will contact you to get the correct information and send out your order immediately. 

4.  On Sundays and Holidays, there is no shipping as UPS does not operate; however, your order is still printed, filled and completed for the next 2 business day's morning pickup by UPS .

Shipping rates are calculated at time of purchase based on product rate and place of delivery.

Shipping Days are Monday - Saturday(UPS).  Sundays and Holidays are NOT Included When Calculating Expected Delivery.

UPS - United Parcel Service (UPS) is "Guaranteed Delivery". UPS guarantees all deliveries for all packages shipped via UPS

 OhMyQuads is not responsible for UPS shipping delays.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

OhMyQuads offers a 15 day guarantee for all of your purchases. Your OhMyQuads purchase can be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To return or exchange your OhMyQuads purchase, the garments must be unwashed and unworn, must have all original tags and be in the original new condition that the garment(s) were sent.

OhMyQuads may and will refuse any return or exchange where there is obvious use, the garment has been worn or the garment is not in its original saleable condition.
